Important Information
At Nichies, every order is handled personally. Each decant is filled especially for you and delivered directly to your door by courier.
Shipping Method
Orders are shipped with Israel Post – Express Door-to-Door Courier.
The courier arranges delivery directly with the customer using the details supplied with the order.
Shipping Cost
Shipping fee: ₪50.
Orders over ₪500 qualify for free shipping.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery time: 2–3 business days.
This excludes the day the order is placed.
Fridays, Saturdays and public holidays are excluded.
After dispatch, an Israel Post representative is expected to contact you to arrange delivery within approximately 2–3 business days.
Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate details, including delivery address and phone number. The Company is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
Delays and Responsibility
Delivery times are estimates only and depend on Israel Post services.
The Company is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including:
Logistical overload
Operational disruptions
Weather conditions
Force majeure, including security situations and war
Delivery
Your parcel will be delivered to the address supplied at checkout, in coordination with the customer. If you are unavailable, an additional delivery attempt may be made in accordance with the courier company's policy.

Shipping is provided by a third party (Israel Post) and is subject to that provider's procedures.
The Company is not responsible for indirect damage, delays or disruptions arising during shipping.
